At Worcester Bosch our dedication to quality and continuous improvement extends far beyond our products and services. As part of the Bosch Group, we are committed to supporting the local and wider community in the UK along with acting responsibly towards the environment.
Worcester Carnival
Since the Worcester Carnival was brought back to the city, we have supported the event as a sponsor and taken part, creating imaginative floats organised and manned by a team of our colleagues and their families.
Foodbank
We have regular collections for the Worcester Foodbank – our colleagues are very generous with their donations, as they recognise anyone in the local community could find themselves in need of this kind of help.
Warming Your Community Initiative
We are passionate about giving back to those in need and supporting local community spaces. This initiative, which began in July 2021, does just that as we donate a full heating system to keep the community warm, often with the added support from a local installer. So far we have helped numerous groups including The Gable Dogs and Cats Home, Bognor Amateur Boxing Club, Freedom day Centre and most recently Coppull United FC.
Volunteering
Our employees are encouraged to take a day each year to support a cause which is important to them.
Recent activities have been:
Acorns Hospice
The marketing department tidied up the garden at Acorns Hospice.
Worcester Community Hub
The HR team painted a café at the Worcester Community Hub.
Head Start
The Sales Admin team helped out with gardening at Head Start.
Green Goose Countryside Centre
Manufacturing colleagues spent a day clearing overgrown land at the Green Goose Countryside Centre.
Supporting RAF Reservists
We have two RAF Reservists in our business who are called up to support the RAF and our country in times of need. We support them during and after their deployment. Watch the video to find out more.
Local Arts
We support many art activities including Worcester Live, The Swan Theatre and Huntington Hall. We are a regular supporter of the Bewdley Festival.

Environment 2050
This awards initiative started in 2000 to encourage and engage installers, house builders and children to think about the environment and what it means to them.
20 years later we are just about to launch the Environment 2050 to take us through the next stage in our journey.
The Children’s art competition is still open to entries – so if you have a committed, talented young artist in your house why not get them to enter – enter here.
We regularly hang our display the entries along the corridors of our head office – for all to enjoy!
