Best Consumer Website at The Digi Awards

- Digi Award win for our consumer website
- Recognition given to user-friendly features, searches and advice
- Mobile traffic has increased by an incredible 1767%
We have come out on top once again, this time for our new consumer website. In our most recent win we scooped Best Consumer Website at the 2016 Digi Awards, held at The Ministry of Sound in London.
Our new website, which was developed with DRP Digital in 2015, was launched to provide customers with a one-stop-shop of useful tools and resources. From researching heating solutions, looking for tips on improving efficiency or product advice, the intuitive and mobile friendly design allows users to find the information quickly and easily.
After reviewing our former website and identifying common searches, our digital team and agency were able develop more refined user friendly features.
The most common search came from consumers looking for an installer. We solved this by allowing homeowners to simply enter their postcode to reveal the accredited installers in their area, along with the contact details. This refined “find an installer” feature alone has nearly doubled our sales leads.
Another aspect that we wanted the new website to excel in was troubleshooting. We understand that in the internet age many of our consumers want instant advice that they are able to find themselves, so we now host a series of “frequently asked questions” and helpful videos on our website.
Find a local installer
Each heating system needs custom designing. Find and contact a Worcester Accredited Installer in your area to book a home visit.
After calculating the best system for your home and hot water requirements, your installer will then provide you with a free quote.
