While evaluating the heating products across its entire housing stock of 5,700 homes in the North Yorkshire area, Broadacres Housing Association identified that one of its supported housing schemes, Kirk House , was suffering high levels of component failure in comparison with the rest of its stock and sought to rectify the situation.

The association’s buyers were impressed by Worcester’s extensive product range, and both parties agreed on retrofitting 26 Greenstar 24i Junior gas-fired combi boilers. Thanks to the success of the project, Broadacres has since committed to replacing its entire on-gas housing stock with Worcester appliances by 2022.
