Having originally been used as a psychiatric hospital before falling into disrepair, St Johns Hospital in Lincoln is a Grade II listed building undergoing a huge redevelopment project that will see it converted into over 180 houses, apartments and new build properties.

Given the project's scale and diversity, determining what the heating systems needed was no mean feat. Mabec Construction worked with Worcester's Heating Design Services team to get the correct specification for each type of property, resulting in the successful installation of a combination of a Greenstar CDi Compact and Greenstar i System boilers, and unvented Greenstore Cylinders.
